Golden Cloud Choc-Mint Flavoured Muffin Mix makes 24 delicious muffins - quick and easy baking without any hassle.

Usage

To make 24 choc-mint flavoured muffins. 1 kg Golden Cloud muffin mix + 300 ml sunflower oil. 4x large eggs + 400 ml water. 10 minutes prep time. Baking instructions: Preheat oven 180 degrees C. Grease 2 x 12 cup muffin pans (no.14) or line with paper cups. Whisk the oil, water and eggs together. Place the Golden Cloud choc-mint flavoured muffin mix in a large sized mixing bowl. Make a well in the centre of the muffin mix and add the liquid mixture. Using a wooden spoon or spatula, stir until the ingredients are just combined. Do not over mix. Spoon the batter into the muffin pan and fill each cup 3/4 full. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted into the centre of the muffin.
