Golden Cloud - Chocolate Flavored Muffin Mix 1kg

A convenient and easy-to-make chocolate muffin mix makes 24 delicious muffins.

Usage

To make 24 chocolate flavoured muffins. 1 kg golden cloud muffin mix + 300 ml sunflower oil. 4 x large eggs + 400 ml water. Baking instructions: 10 minutes prep time. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease 2 x 12 cup muffin pans (No. 14) or line with paper cups. Whisk the oil, water and eggs together. Place the Golden Cloud chocolate flavoured muffin mix in a medium sized mixing bowl. Make a well in the centre of the muffin mix and add the liquid mixture. Using a wooden spoon or spatula, stir until the ingredients are just combined. Do not over mix. Spoon the batter into the muffin pans and fill each cup 3/4 full. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted into the centre of the muffin. Variation: Easy chocolate brownies: Chop 150g dark chocolate and add to the chocolate flavoured muffin recipe above, mix in 1/2 cup chopped pecan nuts (Optional). Spoon mixture into a 20 cm x 20 cm greased baking pan. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes. Cut into squares.
